Excellent three‑night stay at Riad Touria. Huge thanks to Omar for being very available and attentive. Breakfast was also excellent. The Riad is in a less touristy area, which makes the experience more authentic with the souk just outside the street.

The follow‑up and availability of Omar before our arrival and during our stay, plus his good advice, were impressive. The rest of the staff were discreet yet effective. Laundry service was available. The riad sits ideally between Bin el Widane parking (guard and CCTV, with the option to request porter services with a cart) and Rcif square. Direct access to the medina’s maze and tannery area (without any unpleasant odors). Breakfast varied from day to day, good and sufficient for us. Meals could be arranged by reservation. The décor is typical of Fassi homes. Cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms were comfortable and matched the photos. As mentioned in earlier comments, the nighttime noise (passersby and cat fights) can bother those sensitive to street‑side rooms. Personally it didn’t disturb me, but my sister had a bad night and we had to close the street windows for her comfort the following nights. We booked two suites, one facing the street and one on the ground floor of the riad’s patio. So ask for an inner‑courtyard room if noise is an issue. Just so you know, the stairs to the floors are quite steep for those who are reluctant to exert themselves. Nevertheless, Omar will always offer his help to carry your luggage up and down.

In the medina. Easy to find, though a bit of searching if GPS isn’t working well. Good vibe. Nice staff. Hard beds.

Omar was a really nice host. He helped with everything he could and we could text whenever we needed something. He was always available.

Omar was a lovely and helpful host! We were really happy with the location and the rooms were well kept. We found breakfast to be rather disappointing compared to what was offered at previous Riads.
