“Property has great potential, unfortunately falls short with the lack of care from the staff”
The place had a great vibe and was well situated, but the staff and service left a lot to be desired.
“Prima hotel”
The location was excellent and the hotel itself was fine, but the breakfast could use improvement. The pool looked greenish, the shower was either too hot or too cold with no middle ground, and overall showering was a hassle.
“super familie hotel”
The breakfast was superb—tasty and varied—but the pool was a bit small, the outdoor shower was ineffective, and the water pressure in the bathroom shower was too low.
The breakfast line moved at a crawl; it took over an hour before anyone was served.

Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, le personnel très sympathique et agréable. Cet endroit est un petit havre de paix au sein de Kuta, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Le lieu est certes un peu en retrait de la rue principale mais c’est ce qui apporte sa tranquillité.
