The staff were very helpful and guided me nicely. The location was close to the station and very convenient. The only issue was that the old equipment was noticeable.
The location was great, we really liked it, and it was close to everything. The only problem was that the place didn’t have an elevator for guests, so we had to climb to the third floor and it was quite tiring.
“Great value and great place to stay in Venice”
The place had a great location, was very clean, the AC worked well, and the staff were very friendly. There was even a community fridge and microwave. It was within walking distance to the train station and a waterbus stop, and there were plenty of great shops and restaurants. I didn’t mind the separate bathroom setup because it was kept very clean. The value was fantastic for staying on the island of Venice itself. The only drawback was that there was an elevator that seemed to work, but it didn’t appear accessible to guests, so I would have liked to use it at least on the first day to bring my luggage up. Also, an extra towel would have been nice; you only get one hand towel even though there are two sinks (one in the room and one in the bathroom).
I stayed in a spot that was super convenient, everything was clean and decent, and housekeeping came every day. I’d recommend it. The only downside was that the shower and bath weren’t in the room, but maybe that’s just the type of room I booked. There might be rooms that do have a shower and toilet.
