Wonderful staff. Very helpful. Organised 2 water safaris with the hotels own boat that were fabulous and excellent value for money. Beautiful tranquil hotel. Lots of wildlife (monitor lizards, sea eagles for eg) in particular thousands of fruit bats flying at night. Cooked the best curry we have had in Sri Lanka so make sure to have dinner here. Bit far out but tuk tuks easy and cheap and hotel can organise

The view is perfect! The rooms are spacious and airy, and the staff are flawless!!! They even granted us a late check‑out because of our late flight. The massage was offered at an inflated price and was disappointing. Also, the boat tour price changed after we first asked and just before we actually wanted to go out. The bath curtain was awful and uncomfortable.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the breathtaking views and exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness and hospitality, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. I only wish we could have stayed longer and experienced all that this wonderful hotel has to offer.

I had a lovely stay in this hotel, appreciating the peaceful surroundings and the friendly host who made our experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was definitely the river safari on their boat, where we spotted some amazing wildlife, including monitor lizards, monkeys, crocodiles, and even hummingbirds. The hotel also offers food and drinks at a convenient spot, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some great moments.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to lend a hand, the location was superb with a beautiful view of the river, and the food was top-notch. Although I have to say that the overall experience felt a bit too uniform, it didn't take away from my enjoyment. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
