Breakfast was great for the price, everything was fresh and varied—salads, many cheeses and meats, fresh pastries, and a pot of coffee at each table—always restocked. We highly recommend ordering breakfast at the hotel. Wernigerode itself is also lovely. The hotel sits 2 km from the city centre, but it’s easy to walk there, and parking at the hotel is completely free.

The hotel had just been renovated, giving it a modern look. The room and bathroom were very spacious, and breakfast was excellent and very affordable. We liked the coffee machine, and the staff at breakfast were very courteous and quick, with the food beautifully presented and plentiful. Nothing to complain about; the parking was right outside the door and we could reach the city in 30 minutes.

Everything was lovely, the staff were friendly, everything matched the description, and the facilities were good. Parking was very convenient, and I would recommend it at any time.
