“Old rooms and a checkout mess”
The place feels like it’s been stuck in the past – the building is worn out and clearly needs a makeover. The bed was hard to sleep on and the pillows offered no relief either. To make matters worse, at the 7:30 am checkout there was nobody around to take the key, so I just slipped it under the door and left.
“No warning about pool rocks”
There wasn’t any information about the rocks hidden in the pool, which felt risky when you’re jumping in. I wish they’d warned guests about that hazard.
“Nice staff, pricey rooms”
The staff are courteous and the surroundings are really beautiful, which makes for a pleasant stay. However, the price per night feels steep compared to the modest comfort the chalet provides.
“Pretty view, but needs polish”
The scenery and location are really nice, you get a great view right away. But the whole spot looks a bit half‑finished; it could use a lot more care and attention.
“Nature, staff, and a refreshing pool”
The setting is gorgeous – lots of nature, friendly staff, a waterfall, and a cool pool that’s perfect for a dip. Everything feels relaxed and enjoyable.
