Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Breakfast was great, and the room was excellent with new bath and room fixtures. The bed was very comfortable. A young man at the desk when I arrived was a little surly and struggled to find my credit card on file; he could have been friendlier.

The room design was fabulous, spacious, clean, and quiet, but I wish they’d serve gravy with the biscuits—just a personal preference.

The staff were friendly and the property was very clean, though it felt a bit pricey, yet still worth the cost.

Breakfast was good, yet the room was unclean: stains covered the couch so I had to lay a sheet on it to sit; the bathroom was dusty, baseboards were filthy, the mirror hadn’t been cleaned, towels were thick, and the toilet‑paper holders were unusable; we had stayed at a different hotel in the same area two years ago that was very nice, so this place fell short of our expectations.

The location was fine, but the room was extremely damp and utterly uncomfortable.
