It looks exactly like the photos: clean, modern, and the staff are lovely. They replaced the mineral water, towels, linen, tea, and coffee every day. The bed is huge and super comfy! The location is also perfect. Loved, loved, loved everything.

The location is good and the staff are helpful, but the place feels a bit outdated – there were holes in the sheets and the shower didn’t run all the way through.

The room is comfortable! It’s not so easy to find your way around the mall, but that’s part of the fun, everything is available and it’s very convenient!

The idea of an hotel inside a shopping centre is good and it’s very convenient to have shops and places to eat within reach. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are clean. The general cleanliness and maintenance could be better. We had small insects in the room and it was better not to look in the corners…
