We travel a lot and rate every hotel in our heads; this one almost got my top score. The bathroom lighting by the mirror is perfect for makeup, the shower is simple and functional, and the shower head isn’t straight overhead. There are plenty of outlets to charge everything, the beds are clean and comfy, the blankets aren’t too heavy, and the thermostat is super easy to use, even at night. I’d add a clock, but most people are fine without one. It was great to have two water bottles and a snack free of charge. Breakfast was excellent, and hot chocolate is available anytime, not just at breakfast. The staff were great, and the laundry room has two washers and two dryers. I kept telling my husband, “I really like this hotel.” The room wasn’t cramped; we both had plenty of space on the side of the bed. It’s clean and in a pretty, easily accessible spot. Thanks for all the extras and for making everything as nice as possible. The cookies were a little burnt, and a coin machine in the laundry would have been handy.
