The front‑desk lady was cheerful and flexible. The bathroom lacked amenities: there was no soap dish, the water spout was dirty, and overall the equipment felt old. However, it was suitable for an overnight stay.

The worst part of my stay was the manager's attitude. When I showed up with a booking number, they claimed the hotel was full and refused to listen. It was frustrating to have to book another hotel, especially one that was so much more expensive. Needless to say, I won't be back.

The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional - friendly, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand. Their excellent service made my stay a pleasure, and I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel's location is perfect for bus travelers, but that's where the good news ends. The staff, however, were extremely helpful and accommodating, which made up for some of the hotel's shortcomings. Overall, it's a good value, but don't expect too much in terms of luxury or comfort.

The hotel's location is a major plus, with a supermarket and bus station just a short walk away. The owner, a lovely woman, was also very friendly and made me feel at home. However, the interior of the hotel is a bit dated, which was a shame.
