The proximity to Caiazzo’s center is the main advantage, and the private parking was a nice touch. A few small issues remain, especially with cleanliness.

The spot looks nice but is actually neglected, unlike the pictures on the bio. The host was never seen, keys were left on the door, and the breakfast had low‑quality items left on a cabinet. The pool beds shown in the photos are nonexistent; only bare wooden bases exist and are also neglected. The air‑conditioned area smells bad, the bathroom is tiny, rooms lack AC, and the beds are very uncomfortable. The towels are old, mismatched, and thrown in a drawer. We ran out of water after two hours, even though we had an important dinner that night, and we couldn’t even flush the toilet. They offered us a shower at another place, which was a huge inconvenience. We stayed the night after dinner because it was late and we had a child, and they didn’t even check if the water had returned. We left at 6 am after only 15 hours instead of the agreed three days, and despite all the trouble they demanded we pay for the night, which Booking refunded because we were Genius members. We won’t recommend or return.
