The wellness area is very good, the breakfast buffet is more than enough and everything is super tasty, but the room cleanliness was poor—especially the bathroom, where the toilet rim and sink were not wiped properly and had dirt and hair on them.

The pool and spa were fantastic, and the breakfasts were very varied, though only one espresso machine for the whole hotel felt too few. We had to wait in line. The rooms had no air‑conditioning, so during the hot period it got a bit warm. The pool should open at 9:00 instead of 10:00, especially since we checked out at 11:00.

Breakfasts were tasty, large, and diverse, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids’ pool was a delight with a depth of 1,25 m along its entire length – perfect for our 9‑year‑old. It would have been great if the room had single‑serve coffee and tea for guests; there was a kettle, cups, glasses, and water, but no coffee. The hotel also doesn’t offer children’s bathrobes for rent.
