“Des propriétaires généreux, un accueil chaleureux, une vue imprenable sur les montagnes de l'Ombrie”
The place sits at the bottom of a small rocky road, offering a full‑size apartment with a shared terrace that looks out over the region’s big mountains, and it’s only a few minutes’ drive from several restaurants. The owner greeted us warmly, took time to give advice and rave about the area, and the flat itself is well‑equipped, with a kitchen and plenty of space for two people. Pets roam the grounds but are well‑trained and stay out of the apartments, and the accommodation was spotless and gave us a lot of privacy. Unfortunately the pool was closed out of season, though it would be perfect once it reopens, and I’d definitely recommend it for families; thanks to the owners for the great chats and their generosity. The only downsides were that the apartment felt a bit dark—some warm lighting would work wonders—and the road up is a little steep, though careful driving solves that; also the living area didn’t suit us well, so a sofa would be better than the two armchairs we got.
