The accommodation was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and as a local resident I would highly recommend it, but the loud noise from nearby restaurants was a significant drawback. Only the nearby loud sounds were an issue.

The hotel offers a beautiful sea view, a nice room, and a shower box separate from the rest of the bathroom – hard to find in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. The location feels a bit isolated unless you count the beach right in front; there are few restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were helpful and smiling. The air conditioning worked well, which is essential given the humidity in August.
