The hotel sits right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance of Target Field, Orpheus & Filmore Theaters, and other key spots; the rooms (bed/bath), fitness center, and included breakfast are all very good, and it connects to the skywalk network on the second floor. However, there is no free parking, and parking at the attached Hawthorne ramp costs another $25 a day, which can be pricey depending on events happening.

The staff was really nice and the rooms are spacious, but the breakfast options are quite limited and the AC in the room was very loud.

The closeness to everything we did down there was great, though road construction was a bit of a nuisance.

Location! Connected via Skyway to parking ramp & Orpheum Theatre. The young man at the front desk couldn’t even stand up straight, look me in the eye (he was distracted by something on the counter - phone maybe 🤷♀️) when I asked a question about check out. Would have been nice to have 2 more bath towels in the room
