The price is good. The room is unclean, there's no staff to help with anything, there's no lift, and you have to use the stairs.

The room is clean and the service is great.

The location is fine. If you get a room on the front side of the hotel, you’ll have trouble sleeping because it’s on the main route from Phuket to the south, a very busy, always noisy highway. The back of the hotel might be quieter—take your chances.

The hotel sits right off the main road, close to many restaurants and shops, a solid 15‑minute walk to the beach, and a 5‑minute walk to the bus stop. The room was clean and had the usual amenities. The owner was kind, spoke limited English but tried her best. Unfortunately, I barely slept because the traffic on the main road was extremely loud and the windows, balcony door, and the whole side had no soundproofing. Maybe ask for a room on the other side, away from the main road, but I can’t confirm that experience.
