“Gros mensonge sur la "vue mer" (chambre panorama)”
On the positive side, the on‑site staff (maintenance, dining, luggage) are very pleasant and do their best, and the food is truly very good—nothing to add there. On the downside, avoid the panorama/sea‑view room option! It’s a huge sucker at booking time. The receptionist even smiled and told us we’d have an “incredible view,” but we were given a room that faced a construction site with piles of sand, pipes, and a completely ruined view. After complaining, the alternatives offered were no better: a ground‑floor room overlooking the slides with no privacy. In short, we paid more for a view that was completely ruined. It’s a shame because the hotel has potential, but don’t get taken in: don’t pay extra for a promised nice view—money thrown out the window.
