The staff were friendly and the services were solid, and the food was fantastic, though the rooms were clean but cramped; overall the stay was good. The hotel sat 3 km from Mall Road and the surroundings were underwhelming, with no nearby restaurants and no small‑goods shops, so you had to order food from the hotel itself.

The location was acceptable and the rooms were spacious, but room service was poor, in‑room dining was poorly arranged, no electric kettle was supplied, free drinking water was absent, kitchen service arrived too late and the portions were tiny.

I spent two nights and three days with my husband; the hotel’s location was convenient, with Mall Road a 10‑minute walk up the hill or a 5‑minute drive. Mr. Jatin was very sweet, helped with our luggage, and the room was ready before we arrived, with no check‑in delay thanks to Mr. Inderji. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were tasty and could be customized to your taste. There is no fixed check‑in or check‑out time, and the rates are reasonable. Grocery shops are nearby. The menu is sent via WhatsApp and you can call the staff to order between 8:30 am and 10:30 pm. The bathroom has a geyser, Wi‑Fi works well, and the TV is a Google TV that you can log into your own account. Things that could be better: a kettle for hot water before 8:30 am would be useful; insects were an issue, so daily cleaning would help—during my stay we found rain bugs, snails and centipedes in the room; and the shared TV connection caused problems when someone logged in, as the channel changed for everyone in the building.
