The staff were friendly, the air conditioning worked, the location was very central in a safe area, a very cheap bakery was next door where we always had breakfast, and a supermarket was opposite. The room had no windows and no hot water (the shower was possible, but the water was not ice‑cold).

The reception lady was very kind, but the facilities and the location of the hotel were very noisy.

Communication was superb and the value for money far exceeded what I expected; the price was good and the place is just a short walk from Casco Antiguo. The hostel’s surroundings aren’t particularly pretty, but it’s only a five‑minute walk to the famous neighborhood.
