“Great location in the heart of Copenhagen! Amazing rooftop.”

The spot is unbeatable—right next to trains, subways, and bus lines, and within walking distance to a ton of sights. My corner room was huge and stocked with coffee, tea, and toiletries, and the rooftop bar was fantastic for winding down with a drink and a view. The towels felt small and a bit old, the lobby and reception are on the 6th floor (the roof), which can be a hassle, and overall it was on the pricey side.

The rooms were extremely small; even though I booked a king‑size room knowing this, it was still cramped and I could barely move. Morning noise was high because the window couldn’t block street traffic, and our room was right next to the elevators, so we heard everyone passing by. I chose the hotel for its central location, hoping to be in the middle of everything, but I still had to walk or bike a fair distance to see Copenhagen. The hotel was clean and most staff were pleasant, except for a bar staff member who froze me during dinner because he wouldn’t close the door, claiming he needed “ventilation”, even though everyone else was freezing and wearing jackets outside. I also picked this hotel for its rooftop bar, thinking it would be a nice way to end the day. It was fine for drinks, but the dinner options were very limited. Overall, it wasn’t terrible but not great either, so I’d rate it slightly below average.

Breakfast was very extensive and beautifully arranged. The location was very central, and there were restaurants nearby.

I really liked this place; we ate and drank outside and the view was stunning. The rooms were spotless and the staff were great. I struggled a bit to find the hotel because I wasn’t familiar with the area.
