The garden was nice, but the price for bedding, the visibility of the location, and the room we were supposed to stay in were not cleaned or organized.

I'm not sure what to say since we didn't actually stay here, but I know the experience was a bit of a letdown. We received a late text message about the shower and toilet being out of order, so we just kept moving on with our trip.

The peaceful and quiet surroundings were a major plus, and the fact that we had the whole house to ourselves was a lovely bonus. Our hostess was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide range of options to suit our tastes. The only downside was that the house itself could have used a bit of a refresh - some of the decor and furniture was a bit dated, but it didn't detract too much from our overall stay.

The hotel's secluded location was a real plus - it was set back from the main road and was surprisingly quiet. I have to say, I didn't find anything that really didn't work for me, which is a pretty rare occurrence. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a solid choice for a relaxing stay.

Staying in a 1970s-style house was a real treat for the whole family, especially the kids who thought it was super cool. The fact that we got to stay in a personal home, not some soulless hotel or hostel, really added to the experience. We wanted to hang out for a bit and just be! Having our own kitchen, living room, laundry facilities, and the great outdoors right on our doorstep made it super convenient.
