The rooms were clean and modern. The security was a huge problem; getting in and out took a lot of time because you had to request a new code from the host for every entry. The host was terrible, and the directions from the main gate to our place were wrong; getting a new code to get in and out took forever. The bathroom light wasn’t working, and I had to call the host to access the additional room.

Customer service and communication were spot on, and the way they resolved problems showed professionalism—thanks for that, keep it up. The place is beautiful and clean.
