I had one of the most enchanting scenic experiences of my life here, with beautiful landscapes, mango trees, birds, a lake, and even a grumpy cat that was unique; the staff were humble, friendly and attentive, so I would highly recommend it, though I wish I could have stayed for weeks instead of days. The only drawbacks were the 5km broken road to the hotel and the food quality, which needs improvement.

The place is very pretty, with a lake view and lots of nature; the accommodation is comfortable, the restaurant serves good food, and all staff are very polite and helpful, especially Agnes who assisted us with communication with Nyungwe Park.

The staff were fantastic and the location is a short walk from the lake. The access road is rough and requires a 4x4 or a sturdy SUV.

The hotel is a place where you can relax however you like because it’s so calm. The road is terrible.

Great location right on the lake, and the hotel says you can swim there too. The staff are excellent and the food is good. The rooms are nice but basic, and the price feels a bit high, but overall I’d recommend it and would stay again.
