The hotel was fresh and clean, the staff were welcoming, and the location was convenient in the city center; however, I couldn’t sleep because of the road traffic and passing bikes, even earplugs didn’t help, and after we asked to be moved, the staff politely agreed, but every room was noisy, so we couldn’t fully rest.

The location is great and the pool is a nice bonus—excellent value for money—and the rooms are spacious; breakfast was a bit lacking and I had to pre‑order the night before, which felt odd.

The décor, room size, and location were all positives; on the nights, the noise and mattress were issues, and the staff at check‑in didn’t help with luggage—given the room numbers and the fact that there’s no elevator, that should be a must.

The beds were wide and comfortable, the minibar and lingerie service were handy, room service worked well, the staff were friendly, the air‑conditioning was good, and the metro and a bus stop were close by, but street noise persisted until very late at night.
