The location is amazing, close to everything. After returning a week later, I got a room that was genuinely small, unlike the decent one I had a week before.

The location is fine, but the rooms are run down and dated, with maintenance issues, broken fixtures, and fittings. The AC units are incredibly noisy, and everything is dirty.

The location is good. The manager, Robert, was very rude and bossy; he wouldn’t even speak to a child, let alone a hotel guest. I don’t plan to stay at a hotel run by someone like him.

The room was absolutely tiny, with a bed that was both too short and too narrow. It was on the second floor and very dark, while renovation work was underway on the building’s facade. The lighting was terrible, leaving everything in semi‑darkness. The room itself was old and badly worn, featuring a scuffed bed frame, limescale stains in the shower, and loose electrical sockets protruding from the wall. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

It’s very close to Times Square, with plenty of live shows, restaurants, and shopping nearby. No complaints about anything.
