Very well positioned in the historic island area, a few minutes on foot from the Macau ferry. Staff are efficient. I had to ask for a room change because I was assigned a single with a large bed that was inaccessible for two people without one standing on the other.

The view from the top floors is incredible, and the location is great—just a stone's throw from public transport, local restaurants, and cafés. Overall, it’s very good. The rooms are a bit small, but for short stays and solo travelers it’s fine.

We found a practical apartment with two bathrooms serving each room. The sofa bed had not been prepared before our arrival; when we got to the room a staff member was just entering to set it up, and we had to wait for her to finish before we could settle in comfortably.
