The main selling point of the property is its location. However, several cleaning issues need attention: the rooms and furniture smelled damp, there was no trash bin in the bathroom, and the bin in the room had no bag. Ventilation was impossible because the window shutters were missing.

Terrible. My partner and I stayed for one night, but that night was ruined. We couldn’t sleep because the sheets were yellowed, there was no shower rug in the bathroom, and we had to mop the sink ourselves.

A decent compromise for a quick getaway to the Salento beaches. The owner was friendly and responded quickly. The building itself isn’t the fault of the staff, but the walls are a bit thin, so you hear the neighbors’ noise.

The location is good, street parking is easy and close to the center, and the mini fridge in the room is great. The furnishings need updating, I couldn’t figure out how the safe worked, and for a three‑night stay you’re only given a foam head shower and a mini soap bar. The air‑conditioner is loud and corridor cleaning is lacking.
