“One of the most beautiful locations ever visited!”
The location, the beautiful sea view from my window, the hosts’ kindness, the cleanliness of the small house, and the lovely patio were all outstanding.

Almost everything: spectacular location in nature, a huge, spotless room, extremely friendly staff and a constantly present owner, courteous and helpful. We’ve been here before and had a wonderful memory; after years we can only confirm the quality of the experience. We can’t wait to return. The view is breathtaking, all overlooking the sea—no photo can describe it, you have to see it live. A short walk reaches Punta Licosa via a very light trekking path, offering wonderful sights of the Cilento coast, and it’s just steps from the charming fishing village of San Marco di Castellabate. Nothing was disliked; I only note that, being literally immersed in the Mediterranean setting, especially in this hot summer 2026, it’s reasonable to expect some mosquitoes at dusk, but nothing unbearable. The rooms all have screens, and outside there are many citronella plants (very fragrant) that act as deterrents.

The property is surrounded by green nature and the blue sea, very quiet, reserved, and you can reach the beautiful pebble beaches in about 30 minutes on foot, which is an immersive walk.

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights in late June when we were the only guests and had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful and quiet, and the abundant breakfast far exceeds the average in quality and variety, with gluten‑free options especially appreciated. What really made the difference was being given two bikes that let us explore Punta Licosa and travel to and from S. Marco and S. Maria without a car.

We don’t know where to start describing this unexpected paradise, but we’ll try. The location is a spectacle just outside San Marco’s center, offering a mix of convenience and privacy while enjoying a breathtaking panorama. The property is meticulously cared for, with daily maintenance and cleaning. The staff is loving and will make you feel at home. You won’t want to leave! The only downside is that we couldn’t stay longer :(
