Thanks for the hospitality. The staff are good, polite and attentive. The room is spacious (#9), has a TV, air‑conditioning, and stable Wi‑Fi. It was especially nice that no one entered the room without permission. The staff asked about trash, towel replacement, etc., but we stayed for a week and only had one set of towels without fresh replacements. The accumulated trash was taken to the lobby, no problem. Nearby is the ArtLunch cafeteria, tasty and inexpensive. In room 9, the light bulb flickered occasionally, but that was not critical because it happened only from time to time and not continuously. The shower head was old, cheap, and clogged with oxidized salt, causing uneven water flow. There was no desk, but that isn’t critical for many; I needed one for working on my laptop.

The location is quite acceptable: it’s a ten‑minute walk to a metro station that’s two stops from the center. Cleaning isn’t daily but every three days, and some days I wasn’t given fresh towels; communicating with staff is difficult because most don’t speak English.

The room was very convenient, large, clean, and bright. I was given a choice of rooms and I made a mistake: I chose one with windows facing the highway. If you have a choice, don’t repeat my mistake. It’s a bit noisy, but everything else is great: the AC, fridge, and bedding are good, and it’s clean and comfortable. The guys at reception could be friendlier; some look uninterested and gloomy.
