The location was the only highlight.

“Suitable to GCC family”

The room space was fine. The lobby needs improvement, and the overall experience should be enhanced.

“Please check a black type C cord (samsung). We forgot to get over the table. Thank you.”

We stayed at Aloft in Al Ain and had an amazing experience. Slippers were not in the room, so we had to request them.

The rooms were great, yet the staff’s communication could use improvement.

“Average”

The place was spotlessly clean, but the location left a lot to be desired.
