Everything at the hotel was stunningly designed, immaculately clean, and kept in top condition, showing how much the owner cares about every detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions, making the experience flawless.

The location is superb with a breathtaking view, right next to all the trails in Zagoria, a charming village. The apartment is clean, well‑designed, and pleasant. Tasos and Sophia took care of everything we asked for and made sure we were comfortable. Even though it was still warm, they quickly arranged a heater. They responded instantly to any question or need. The apartment is nice, and the rooms are cleaned daily. It’s a boutique hotel with a breakfast that looks great, all tasteful (we didn’t eat it because we keep kosher). We booked a room that was a flat with a kitchenette, came with two young adults, and wanted to cook. The flat is too small for four and less suitable for adults with kids. Privacy is limited, and there isn’t enough space to cook or eat in the flat. There is only one bathroom and no TV. If you take the flat with a couple and two small children, it’s great. Overall, the place is truly charming.

Tasos and Sophia give plenty of time and local knowledge. The village itself is ideal for being close to everything in the Pindus mountains. While the residence looks semi‑rustic, it feels fully luxurious. The courtyard and rooms are beautiful, and the breakfasts are generous. If you want to enjoy nature during the day but relax in luxury at night, this is the spot. I’ll return whenever I can. Thanks for everything, Tasos! I loved the place, but I’ll note the Google Maps directions for arriving: instead of driving straight up from the village of Vitsa and turning right onto the uphill road, go through a second entrance that drops you down to Katikia Zagoria. There’s a clear sign for Katikia Zagori from the Vitsa entrance, next to Sta Riza, an excellent restaurant to visit whenever possible.

The owners are friendly and helpful, and you can get advice from them about local tours, restaurants, etc. There’s also a great restaurant nearby for dinner.
