The room is spacious in a quiet building, not on the noisy main road. It’s close to Monte Mario station, making regional trains to Rome’s centre convenient, and the Policlinico Gemelli is nearby. A fridge and a coffee machine with supplies are provided. The bathroom parquet lifts slightly at the shower exit, but it remains intact, though it’s a bit risky.

The host was very attentive; we arrived much later than expected and he waited for us until late, showing wonderful kindness 😍. Nothing else was an issue.
