I liked the hotel overall because the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are tidy and clean, and the staff were polite and professional. The check‑out time was strict, and I had to pay extra to extend it. The pool was closed for maintenance and I wasn’t told about this when I booked; the staff offered to take us to another hotel owned by the same company, but it’s 20 minutes away and not practical for a quick swim. One lift made a loud noise because it needed maintenance. The room didn’t have a microwave, only a kettle. The sofa in the living area was old and the cushions were compressed and sunken.
