I found the rooms too cramped, the bath was hard to use, and the entrance and dining area were combined into one space, leaving no room for two people to eat or chat. The curtain fasteners were broken, and overall it was just a basic, unremarkable stay.

When the earthquake shut the elevator down it was back up quickly, and the front‑desk staff arrived right away which was reassuring, but I wish they had mentioned at check‑in that coffee and ice were available for free.
