The youngest front‑desk guy was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast lady was kind, efficient, and professional, remembered everything from the previous day, and seemed very active and hardworking. Pets were allowed without extra charge, and the location was good. The room was ugly and old, had no outlets near the bed for charging phones, a wardrobe wouldn’t open because it hit a table, and there was only one hanger with a bar for pants. It had a sink like a mini‑kitchen and a fridge, but no dishes, cutlery, or a microwave. The room was hot. We suffered four hours of guitar concerts and songs from an event in the conference room right next to our room, with zero soundproofing, as if we were inside the performance. Breakfast was very short, nothing hot – no scrambled or fried eggs, no tortillas, no bacon, no sausages… The only option was a hard egg you could make with a steamer if you were willing to wait 15 minutes. Several times no one was at reception. We were four and were left with three sachets of shampoo/gel (all in one) that were never refilled, even though we saw how much we used. We forgot some chocolates in the fridge, and even though we knew we’d return because we left our luggage at the desk, they either threw them away or kept them.
