“Très beau gîte pour un séjour dépaysant”
I was greeted warmly by Sandra and Patrick, and the location was a peaceful spot in nature. The place was clean, well-equipped, and part of a nicely renovated complex. We had a small private terrace and shared the pool with the neighboring cottage and the mini‑camping area, and the bedding was excellent. However, the private terrace was next to the neighbor’s terrace, separated only by a simple barrier, which could cause co‑habitation issues. We had friendly neighbors, but since we brought a dog we chose this cottage thinking it would be isolated, which turned out not to be the case. The instructions were mainly in Dutch and English, and the air‑conditioning was noisy and only in the bedroom.
