“Convenient Location, Friendly Staff, and Room for Improvement”
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's central location was very convenient, with the tram and train station right beside it. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although it would be helpful if they knew a few basic Turkish phrases to assist international guests. The breakfast was fairly standard Turkish fare, with two hot dishes to choose from each morning, but the lobby carpet could use an update.
