Hotel Bawa Suites

The location is excellent! The property also has a restaurant, Zante, which offers high‑quality breakfast, brunch, and dining options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were allotted an interconnecting room with the connecting door temporarily blocked. Unfortunately, the rooms lack soundproofing and noise from the adjacent room was audible throughout the night, which disturbed our stay.

“Lovely and would come again just to meet the staff”

The staff—Mahendra, Kishor, Sachin, Sunil, Pratik, Ajay, Faizal, Steven, and Preeti—did an excellent job. From the front office to housekeeping, everyone handled everything beautifully and courteously, making our stay extremely delightful.

“Avoid”

The noise from the room next door was constant; I could hear every word, and the restaurant below blasted loud music until the wee hours, with all the kitchen sounds too, making it the most awful stay and overpriced—would rate it 1 star. Avoid.

“Sadly it lacked due to the bed situation. The level of any stay, in any hotel, will be judged on the comfort of the bed.”

The location was great for where I needed to be, but the mattress was terrible—springs were gone, it was concave, and not nice at all.

Breakfast was just a little European. Everything else was fine.
