Cascina Luvot, a historic farmhouse in Acqui Terme, features original parquet floors, a private entrance, and a sun‑lit terrace overlooking gardens and mountain vistas. Rooms offer private bathrooms with bidets, tea/coffee makers, free Wi‑Fi, work desks, refrigerators and wardrobes. Guests enjoy bike tours, hiking, free on‑site parking, bicycle storage, and easy access to Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport.

The welcome was great and the owners are very kind. The location is exclusive and beautiful. The breakfast needs improvement in both quantity and quality of dishes.

It’s an amazing place with a gorgeous garden and a lovely house. The owners are very friendly and adorable. We’d love to return and stay longer at Cascina Luvot to soak up its wonderful atmosphere!

The residence is very beautiful and historic in a bucolic setting. I expected a bit more, perhaps it’s just a touch too essential.

A very nice spot with a magnificent view, perfect breakfast prepared, and especially a warm welcome available at any time for questions. The interior setting is beautiful, and the nearby village has great restaurants and a lovely cottage‑style house. Just be careful with access if you have a low‑profile car.
