The room was very comfortable and spotless; the restaurant served Italian and Indian specialties, and the staff were very friendly.

The room and bathroom were spacious. For three days the showers were lukewarm, but on the fourth day the boiler was fixed.

The view of the meleti is great, the exterior has been renovated and the interior is still being finished. The furnishings are a bit vintage, but the owner, who is very welcoming and kind, is modernising everything. The restaurant serves surprisingly good Indian cuisine. Parking is available and the check‑in times are very flexible. The place doesn’t have air conditioning, and the owner gave us a fan that wasn’t even useful. Despite being under renovation, the property is clean and enjoyable.

The price was very low, which is why the rating is so high. The assigned room is fairly large, clean, and relatively quiet. The staff are helpful. The bathroom is comfortable with all the necessary accessories. It obviously lacks air conditioning, a bar fridge, and other comforts, so it’s better suited for business travelers than for families or couples on vacation. The hotel is run by an Indian family who also own the pizzeria below, which offers a fusion kitchen; I tried the pizza and it was quite good. The smell from the kitchen rises to the upper floors. Despite the town’s altitude (733 m), the nights can be warm without air conditioning. The staff don’t speak Italian very well and it’s clear they are restaurant/pizzeria workers who also rent rooms, not professional hotel staff. They do make up for it with friendliness and a genuine desire to welcome guests.
