The internet says cancellations are refunded—what refund? What tenant protection? We were perplexed by the filthy room and bathroom, and the audacity of claiming only a narrow bed would fit, forcing us to return the key to the lockbox and find a place to sleep. No evidence photos were provided, and no one has reimbursed us yet.
