The cabins were dirty and dilapidated, moldy everywhere, no one was there to greet us—just a key on a top—plus the breakfast was poor; it’s a shame because the place deserves better, but the state of abandonment is total.
It’s the second year in a row I’m back, I feel at home, and I highly recommend it.
A fantastic spot for families, the hosts were very friendly and the vibe was just right.

The building is rundown, the cigarette smoke smell is terrible, heating is awful, the bathroom is even worse than a campsite; overall, don't go.

The location is convenient near Rome and there’s a pool available, but the lack of air conditioning in the house is a downside.
