The Lodge was perfectly positioned for what we needed. Thank you. The only downside was that Nescafe coffee would have been appreciated, not Ricoffey.

I didn’t grab breakfast, but the front‑desk staff made a great impression—an Indian gentleman with a friendly vibe who greeted us with a smile as soon as we stepped in. I can’t recall his name, but he was on duty on 5 August 2025 when we arrived at about 16:15. He answered every request, like when we asked for ice in the evening; he apologized that he couldn’t supply it immediately, yet he went out of his way and managed to bring us a small bowl of ice. He knocked on our door, apologized again, but offered what he could find. We were thrilled that he went the extra mile to keep us comfortable. When we asked for Wi‑Fi, we were surprised to receive more than one network to try until we found the best one. Thanks a lot—please tell him to keep up the good work! On the downside, I think a small freezer at the bar would help with the ice situation. Other than that, I can’t add anything else because I only stayed one day, and with the hospitality I received, I’ll definitely return.

The place lived up to our expectations—everything was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help when needed, especially Alvin and his colleague who were excellent. We didn’t find any faults during our stay, so this will be our go‑to spot for future visits. Highly recommend it to anyone, including family members traveling to this destination. Keep up the great work and standards. There’s nothing to complain about regarding accommodation or location; we loved everything.
