There was a good selection of options to choose from, yet when I entered the room my son found a dead cockroach on the kitchen floor and the restroom lock didn’t work.

The room I booked was suitable for my kids to sleep, but I couldn’t understand the front desk clerk, the pool was permanently closed with no sign of repair, the closets were never touched and had layers of dust, and after initially receiving a different room with only one bed for five people, I was charged extra to “upgrade” back to the room I originally booked.

There’s plenty of parking and room space, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are perfect and very efficient…thanks, but there’s only one elevator and it’s slow, my room needs a new restroom, and the shower needs an upgrade.

I think the hotel is pretty decent; it’s a bit dated but clean and had everything we needed. No complaints.
