The room was spacious, well set up, very pleasant and super comfy with thoughtful details.
I chose it for the calm lake view away from the crowds.

The view from the room was great, and the staff were friendly. The only drawback was the location on the quieter side of the lake and the limited dinner options nearby.

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were the highlight—clean, cozy, modern, even better than the 4‑ or 5‑star places I’d been to in Yunnan. I fell in love with the whole place.
Everything was fantastic, especially the lake view. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is 20 minutes away from Dali city and 40‑50 minutes from the old town, so keep that in mind. There is no elevator, but the staff made up for it with their support.
