Great location, but the hotel itself was pretty average. The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing special. It's a good option if you're looking for somewhere to stay in the area, but don't expect anything too fancy.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, really friendly and helpful. They made a big difference to my stay. The location is also a major plus - just head downstairs and you'll find loads of restaurants and cafes. Unfortunately, the room itself was a bit of a disaster. There was only one socket, the TV didn't work, the bathroom fan was broken, and the hair dryer had a weird burning smell.

The hotel's location was great, but the facilities were a different story. There was no breakfast provided, which wasn't a huge issue since there were plenty of nearby cafes. However, the electrical wiring was a major concern - a frayed cord was still plugged in, posing a serious safety risk. To top it off, the water kettle was filthy and the toilet was old and creaky, making me wonder if it might collapse at any moment.

I was really pleased to find a hotel that's far from the nightlife, but still in the centre of town. The free parking nearby was a bonus, and the staff were super helpful. Plus, there's a self-laundry facility just around the corner, which was a lifesaver. My only gripe was that the room could have been cleaner - the toilet bowl was a bit wobbly, and some of the lights and ventilation weren't working. Still, it was a decent stay overall.

The receptionist was absolutely fantastic, really helpful and friendly. They made a big effort to make sure I was happy with my stay. The hotel itself was a bit of a letdown, but the receptionist more than made up for it.
