The bed was comfortable, but the room was dirty with dust on the furniture, spider webs, ants on the bed, an unemptied trash bin, and no internet; the food was pricey and only passable, feeling like pre‑made dishes.

We arrived after a two‑hour trip and found no water in the room; the supply had been completely shut off, so we couldn’t wash up. The staff assured us the water would return the next morning, so we agreed and asked for breakfast at 7:30 am. By morning the water was back, but there was no hairdryer to dry my hair. The road right next to the building made for a noisy night, and the promised morning service never materialised because the staff were absent. Overall, the conditions were terrible for the price we paid.

The pool, view, and bed were nice, but the location is extremely noisy near the road and a restaurant on the side makes it hard to sleep. The rooms were dusty and the toilet light didn’t work, so the price‑quality ratio is disappointing.

The staff were friendly, the pool was good, and the view was nice, but the rooms are close to a busy street and the bamboo walls let a lot of noise through.
