I liked the service from Mrs. Andréia and her wonderful team, it felt very welcoming, the breakfast was great, and the location was close to everything. I think the price could be a bit lower because there is no air conditioning, the heater didn’t warm anything, the room was very simple and fell short in acoustics—I could hear others and they could hear me too.

We arrived Saturday night and were very well received, especially since we were traveling with our 9‑month‑old baby and the staff were attentive to heating concerns. They offered help with feeding or nursing my daughter. The location feels very close for those driving, just a short walk from the Araucária chocolate factory and store and Sans Souci café. I forgot my baby’s blanket and they tried to alert me in time but it didn’t work (on my end). I recommend the stay, praise the service and care, and would definitely come back. Unfortunately there was a noise in the app’s communication with the hotel when I flagged that I had a baby under 1 year—so it was a bigger problem with the app itself.

The inn feels cozy and family‑friendly, with staff who are extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The breakfast is wonderful, and the cleanliness is impeccable.
