There’s a 7‑Eleven right next to the hotel, and the hotel restaurant sits just across the street. The food is good and reasonably priced, and the room is decent with a new AC and plenty of space. The bathroom could use a bit more cleanliness and better lighting, but overall everything was fine. The only drawback is the hotel’s distance from everything else, so you’ll likely need Grab, a taxi, or public transport. We walked about 20 km one day to explore on foot, but generally I’d suggest taking the train or Grab to get around.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center, but the staff arranged transportation to the nearest MTR, making it easy to reach the Royal Palace and temples. We headed to the street with warm lights and then took a tuk‑tuk to the hotel, which was a fun ride. The food at the hotel is really tasty.

I had a lovely stay at this property. What I liked most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere and, especially, the lovely staff: Bee, Mrs. Bank, the two receptionists, Top, and the Burmese little boy—thank you so much, and also the housekeeping team. You were all kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. The owner is genuinely good and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. ❤️ Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to come back again! 🌸 Nothing— I even wanted to cry when I left the hotel.
