“You get what you pay for”
The location is great. The staff were rude and dishonest, the elevator was extremely hot and slow, the dip pool looked and felt unclean, the balconies were tiny and faced a very noisy road and a school sporting facility, there were plumbing and water problems (towels were left on the stairwell to soak up leaks and dripping ceilings), and there was no complimentary tea, coffee or juice in the lobby, let alone the advertised complimentary breakfast on the hotel’s website—clear false advertising.
